Warranty Claims
At Westrans, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and workmanship. Should a warranty claim arise, we will work with you to resolve it quickly and communicate the plan to resolve the issue.
All warranty claims should begin by contacting the Westrans warranty and returns department. We can guide you through the process, to get your warranty claim resolved as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Do not uninstall the component from the vehicle (if applicable), or conduct any third-party repairs before you have contacted Westrans and received a Return Authorization Number. Doing so could delay the warranty claim process or void the warranty.
If you have any questions or concerns at any point during the warranty claim process, do not hesitate to contact the warranty and returns department by phone at 431-977-0601 Winnipeg or by email at warranty@westrans.com.
