New Returns & Exchange

Westrans accepts product returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new, saleable condition with original packaging, and will be subject to inspection. Products being returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee (some exceptions may apply).

In the event that Westrans has made a mistake with your order, we will correct it immediately, at no additional cost. If you find an error with your Westrans order, please contact us as soon as possible. All errors must be reported within 15 days of receiving your order.

THE RETURN PROCESS

To return an item to Westrans, please take the following steps:

STEP 1. Get a Return Authorization Number

Contact Westrans to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please call our head office at 431-977-0601 and ask for the warranty and returns department, or email warranty@westrans.com.

STEP 2. Complete the Return Claim Form

Complete the Return Claim Form. Please note that returned items will not be accepted without the Return Authorization Number and Return Claim Form.

STEP 3. Send the item to Westrans

Once you’ve completed the Return Claim Form, submit it to Westrans along with the item you wish to return or exchange. Shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Parts must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging.

* Special Orders

Special orders are not returnable. Should an exception be made, special order returns will be assessed a 20% Restocking Fee, in addition to freight costs to return the item(s) to the original manufacturer.
